It is necessary for all returns and cancellations to conform to the guidelines found in the Office of Fair Trading’s “Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013”. If you need to cancel your order we must receive this request in writing so please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you know you need to cancel, this must be within 14 days of receiving the items. We will then provide you with a returns code and the items must then be returned to us within another 14 days. Any customised items or for example pre-cut carpets are excluded from our returns policy.
Any returned goods must be unused and in “as new” condition in their original packaging. Please ensure any goods being returned are packaged adequately, unfortunately any items received damaged or not packaged correctly will not be accepted. In all situations, excluding when there is a manufacturing fault, the customer is liable for the cost of returning any items to us and we recommend you use a tracking service for any returns.
Although we aim to process all returns within 7 days, please allow 14 days from when we receive the returns back in the office for your refund to appear in your bank.
