Depending on the product being ordered and the time of day that the order is received, we aim to dispatch products the next working day and you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days. Some items, for example the Bramley and Kahrs engineered wood products come direct from Europe so unless we have stock you can expect a 7-10 day delivery window on these products. Please check the specific product pages for delivery times.
Although we always try our best to stick to these timescales we strongly advise against booking any installation dates until the flooring has arrived and you are 100% satisfied with it, as sometimes circumstances out of our control can cause further delays.
All orders can be collected for free from our Bramley showroom so please select this option at the Checkout. We will email you to confirm once your delivery is ready for collection. We also offer free delivery to all orders over £600.
Deliveries are kerbside only, our insurance guidelines do not allow the courier to enter the premises. Please ensure that someone is home to sign for your delivery as our drivers will not leave any items without a signature. If the driver cannot deliver for any reason that is no fault of ours then you may be liable for re-delivery costs. If you have selected our supply and install service then your installer will bring your flooring to the property with enough time to acclimatise before it being installed.
It is crucial that you check all orders for any sign of damage on delivery and mark down any comments about damage on the courier sign off sheet. If you do not mark down your comments at this point we will struggle to follow up any claim with the courier company and no refunds will be available.
