Do you offer commercial flooring in Basingstoke?

When is your showroom open?
Our Basingstoke flooring showroom is open Wednesday – Friday 10-4pm and Saturday 9-1pm – we can also offer appointments out of these hours – so do please just give us a call if you’d like to visit on a different day or time and we will always try our best to accommodate you.
Can you bring the samples to me?
Of course! If you can’t get out to us at the showroom don’t worry, please get in touch and let us know what sort of flooring you are looking to have installed and we can bring the samples to you! We can measure up the areas and talk you through all the pros and cons of different types of flooring while we are there. If there are samples you want to see that we don’t have on hand we can often get the suppliers to send these out to you completely free of charge.
Do you offer any sort of warranty?
We do indeed! Each of the products we sell will come with a manufacturer warranty, this will be different depending on which product we are supplying, so do please check in with regards to this. We offer a standard 12 months warranty on all of our installation work so if you experience any sort of issue with your flooring after it has been fitted please get in touch as soon as possible so we can come and get it resolved.
